An imposing entrance runs the full three-story height of the building, flanked on either side by half-circle wings composed of glass windows. The official Rainbow emblem is directly above the entrance. The first floor has a foyer, library, reception room, a large kitchen, stock room, and boiler room. In the library hangs a beautiful oil painting of Mr. Sexson, which was presented to him by the Rainbow girls of Texas. Also in the library, Mr. Sexson placed his own personal library, which contains many rare books. In the foyer there is a bronze bust of Mr. Sexson on a mahogany stand, a gift from the girls of all the states. On the second floor the office staff is housed, as well as the supply department. The entire third floor is devoted to a spacious auditorium, the House of Gold, for use of the members of the Supreme Body in their sessions. Fifty throne-style seats are installed here, and the room has a seating capacity of 300.Dimensions of the building are 85 by 120 feet. Outside doors and windows are of aluminum and glass. The cream-colored face brick is offset by India limestone and granite trim. Inside partitions are of plaster with marble and walnut trim. Floors are terrazzo and asphalt tile. There is one passenger elevator and two dumbwaiter-type elevators.
